❗ CANCELLATION POLICY
VIP invitations are personal and non-transferable
If cancellation is needed, the buyer may request a substitute from the same organization
If cancelled after the hotel booking is issued, the buyer must cover full hotel cost
The Organizers reserve the right to revoke VIP status if the participant affects the reputation of the event
